Our Culture

Little Grubs Kindergarten is founded on a culture of care; for each other, our environment and beyond to our wider community and the world.

Our Vision

The children we work with are nurtured to become attentive, motivated and inquisitive learners who show compassion for the people and the world around them whilst developing self-awareness and confidence and a foundation of knowledge and skills.

Our Mission

To achieve our vision we will

  • provide a small, intimate early years setting where every child can be supported and challenged.

  • engage in high quality research-informed training to support and work with families to equip them with the knowledge, skills and confidence to support their child to thrive.

Our Values

  • Respect and protect children’s sense of wonder - their innate motivation to learn, their innocence and imagination

  • Foster a culture of calm and care

  • Enable children to develop abilities and learn skills through daily practicalities and individualised learning plans
